Important Information About NDIS
While I provide detailed and high-quality diagnostic reports, this service is not designed specifically for NDIS access.
The NDIS considers additional factors beyond diagnosis, including functional capacity. If your primary goal is accessing the NDIS, I recommend engaging a service that provides NDIS-specific diagnostic assessments and reports.

ADHD & Autism Assessment
I provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments for Autism and ADHD in adults (18+). These assessments are thorough, evidence-based, and designed to provide clarity, understanding, and practical next steps.
Because Autism and ADHD commonly co-occur, I assess for both conditions as standard practice. There is no additional charge for dual assessment.
What the Assessment Involves
1. Comprehensive Diagnostic Interview (up to 3 hours)
A detailed exploration of your:
-
Developmental history
-
Childhood presentation
-
Current strengths and challenges
-
Educational, occupational, and relational experiences
-
Sensory profile and executive functioning patterns
Where appropriate, collateral information may also be considered.
2. Standardised Assessment Measures
Prior to your appointment, you will complete structured online questionnaires and intake forms.
These must be returned at least 1–2 weeks before your diagnostic session to allow adequate time for scoring and preparation.
These measures assess areas such as:
-
Attention and executive functioning
-
Social communication
-
Sensory processing
-
Emotional regulation
-
Functional impact across settings
3. Comprehensive Diagnostic Report
You will receive a detailed written report outlining:
-
The assessment process
-
The diagnostic criteria considered
-
How criteria are met (or not met)
-
Results from all assessment tools used
-
Clear explanations in accessible language
-
Helpful graphs to visually present findings
-
Brief, individualised recommendations
The report may be used to support workplace or university accommodations and can be shared with your GP or psychiatrist if required.
4. Feedback Session (50 minutes)
A dedicated session to:
-
Discuss your results
-
Answer your questions
-
Clarify recommendations
-
Explore next steps
