Why book a session with me?
This is more than just breathwork. It’s an invitation to come home to yourself.
I guide breathwork sessions rooted in lived experience, ancestral wisdom, and deep respect for the complexities of identity and healing. My journey—from Poland to Australia, navigating immigration, neurodivergence, and cultural dislocation in a white body with a complicated history—has shaped a practice that is both deeply personal and radically inclusive.
In our sessions, we move beyond technique. We explore breath as a portal—into the body, into memory, into the unseen stories that live in our bones. My work is trauma-informed and trauma-led, holding space for the tenderness and resilience that come with being human. Whether you’re uncovering ancestral wounds, decolonizing internalised systems, or simply learning to feel safe in your body again, you are welcome here.
This is a space for:
-
Reimagining your identity and rewriting the narratives you’ve inherited
-
Connecting with ancestral wisdom while honouring the pain and beauty of your lineage
-
Exploring what “home” means when the land under your feet is not where your story began
-
Finding belonging in your breath, in your body, in nature, and in your truth
I don’t offer quick fixes or polished paths—I offer presence, depth, and honesty. Breath by breath, we reclaim what was forgotten, reconnect what was broken, and remember who we truly are.
If you’re ready to meet yourself where you are—and breathe into who you’re becoming—let’s begin.

What can you expect?
The initial session may last up to 2 hours and the following sessions up to 90 minutes. They will usually follow the below phases:
When you arrive, in-person or online, I will invite you to land in space and get familiar with what is around you. Give yourself time to be with yourself in the environment with my presence.
Then we will chat about what is going on in your life, what you would like to focus on and work through. In the initial session we will focus on your history and your story a little bit more.
We will set an intention for the session and agree on what the exploration through breath be focused on. I will explain the technique and what may happen during the breath before you are invited to lie down on the mat.
When you are ready you will lie down, making sure that you have all the support you need - blankets, pillows, bolsters.
I will start guiding you through your breathing, finding the flow into Conscious Connected Breath. Most times, I use music and sounds of nature to hold and support you as this extra layer of care can assist your body mind spirit to move into more intimate spaces within yourself.
You will continue to breathe into your intention, staying present with your body and breath. I will encourage you to stay with whatever emotions may be coming up, to explore them, embody them and transform or release them. At times that can feel uncomfortable, scary or confronting and that is normal, you are in control of your body and how deep you would like to go.
I want you to remember that all the feelings you may experience are okay to feel and they are all welcomed- anger, grief, sadness, rage, joy, gratitude,
happiness, bliss.. You may feel the need to move, your temperature may change, you may experience different bodily sensations or a need to make sounds. That is also okay and welcomed.

Psychology, Psychotherapy and Breathwork Assisted Therapy
Breathwork Assisted Therapy is a part of a wider branch of psychology and psychotherapy - Somatics. Soma is a Greek word for ‘the living body known from within’ or ‘known to the Self’. Somatic Psychology and Psychotherapy aim to recover the mind body connection. They add the ‘body’ dimension to conventional talk therapy. The ‘knowing’ of the body signifies the wholeness. Our bodies store experiences and emotions on a cellular level. The overwhelm, pain and hopelessness take us away from feeling at home in our bodies, resulting in a ‘split’ within ourselves. It creates instability and stress to our autonomic nervous system (ANS). Somatic Psychotherapy integrates several other approaches including neuroscience, Relational, Psychodynamic and Humanistic Traditions, body awareness practice from both Eastern and Western Cultures and aspects of Gestalt therapy.
Breathwork Assisted Therapy, as a branch of Somatic Therapies, offers a transformational and powerful tool to release past experiences stored in the body, re-pattern and rebalance the ANS. It supports clearing the blockages in the body and facilitates the healing. As in conventional talk psychotherapy, verbal integration in a therapeutic relationship, is an essential part to Breathwork Assisted Therapy.

Breathwork Assisted Therapy
Breathwork Assisted Therapy is a simple, safe yet powerful practice that allows for self-exploration, self-awareness and relaxation.
During the session you will breathe a conscious connected breathing pattern that supports your body and nervous system to be present, feel what it needs to feel, express and release stuck emotions, unwind and untangle old stories and unresolved traumas.
This technique is unique for each and every body, its gentle and slow process allows you to unlearn what is not needed anymore, learn new things about self and grow around and with your stories to bring more compassion, joy and gratitude into your life.
Many people leave the session feeling light, relaxed and empowered. Some people may finish the session feeling deeply what was suppressed before and need time to integrate the experience slowly.
My role in this process is to help guide you into your breathing pattern, support you in the process of expression and release without judgments, hold you and witness you. My role is to co-create with you a safe enough space for you and me in this process.
*Breathwork is not always suitable for people with cardiovascular diseases, detached retina, glaucoma, aneurysms, kidney disease, severe asthma, epilepsy and dome medical, physical or psychiatric conditions which may impair or affect the ability to involve in deep physical and emotional release.
It is suggested to consult with your doctor.
