Upcoming Workshops

Grief + Rest

A nurturing Ritual Workshop

BOOK HERE

We will come together on Wonnarua land, at the cabin nestled among the trees, on Saturday afternoon, April 26th. This gathering will be a time to connect in circle, to grieve and find rest, to nurture and receive, as well as to resist and surrender. We will meet during the new moon, a symbol of fresh beginnings, introspection, and rest.🌑

The Grief and Rest Nurturing Workshop is designed to provide a supportive and compassionate space for navigating the complex emotions of loss.

We will engage in guided activities that promote healing, connection and self-care, including mindfulness practices, journaling, and sharing in circle if desired.

The workshop focuses on the importance of acknowledging grief while also focusing on restorative practices that foster emotional and physical well-being.

Throughout the workshop, we will explore meaningful ways to honor your feelings and memories. This holistic approach aims to empower you, to cultivate peace and resilience in the midst of our grief.

Grief and Rest Workshop seeks to create a sense of community and understanding, guiding you on your path to healing and self-discovery.

We will be joined by beautiful Terga from @massageandbeautybyterga who will deliver a short moment of magic through her healing massage to each of you who will desired that during our Rest and Nap time. You will be able to choose if you would like your head, hands or feet to be massaged by Terga’s healing touch to support your restoration. ✨
