About the Program
Skyline to Soil: The Sacred Breath is an 6-week Online On Demand Breathwork Assisted Therapy program designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and your deeper roots.
Through Breathwork Assisted Therapy, you’ll learn practices to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension and attend to busy lifestyles.
No prior breathwork experience is required.
What you'll experience:
Learn a new skill set to attend to a busy lifestyle - applicable interventions to regulate your Nervous System from psychological and somatic perspective.
Connect to landscapes, environments, nature and access ways to connect to your lineage and ancestry - discover who you are on a broader spectrum, not only who you are at work or at home.
Access ways to slow down, deeply recover and rejuvenate - take an opportunity to rest your body and mind, and to truly relax.
Access it all from the comfort of your own home, no need for busy commute or unfamiliar spaces.
Tapping into the unconscious and attending to what needs your attention most with just your Breath.
What is Breathwork Assisted Therapy?
Conscious Connected Breathwork Assisted Therapy is a modality that is gentle and powerful at once.
It is a body based bottom-up approach to healing which means that by listening to your body first, we can understand and resolve stuck thought patterns, limited beliefs and stuck emotions.
It involves conscious breathing patterns to support physical, emotional and mental health.
Breathwork Assisted Therapy has an ability to regulate sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. That helps to:
-
Reduce stress and blood pressure
-
Lower heart rate
-
Promote deep relaxation
-
Enhance clarity and focus
-
Release unresolved emotions and trauma
Breathwork Assisted Therapy can lead to profound states of transformation and healing, particularly on the deeper subconscious somatic level.
Across 6 weeks, we’ll move through powerful themes:
-
Setting intentions & cultivating safety
-
Connecting landscapes and nature
-
Honouring lineage & ancestry
-
Meeting grief, embracing change & Unravelling cultural pressures and demands
