Hey I'm Kasia

— I’m especially passionate about helping neurodivergent women — including AuDHD, autistic and ADHD women — create meaningful, lasting change in their mental health and wellbeing.

My approach is immersive, nature-based, somatic and neuroaffirming. No one-size-fits-all therapy, no forcing yourself into someone else’s version of “well”.

How beautiful that you’ve landed here. Let’s explore what support could look like for you.

Individual Therapy

1:1 therapy for humans who don’t fit neatly in the box.

A space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, understand yourself more deeply, and find ways forward that actually fit your brain, body and life.

We’ll look at your wellbeing as a whole — because you’re more than a list of symptoms, and therapy doesn’t have to follow the same old script.

“A bridge of silver wings stretches from the dead ashes of an unforgiving nightmare

to the jeweled vision of a life started anew.”

Aberjhani

Adult ADHD & Autism Assessments

Clarity without squeezing yourself into a box.

A thorough, neuroaffirming assessment to explore whether ADHD and/or Autism might be part of your story, understand how your brain and nervous system work, and make sense of the parts of yourself that may have never quite fit the expected mould.

Because sometimes, the right answers can change the whole story.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

Carl Jung

Breathwork Assisted Therapy

A different way to listen to what your body already knows.

Breathwork Assisted Therapy is a gentle, body-based practice that supports self-exploration, self-awareness, emotional processing and relaxation. As a somatic therapy, it brings together breath, body and mind to help you connect with your inner world and explore experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

No forcing, no fixing — just creating space to slow down, tune in and see what’s there.

"Life stretches between birth and death.

Distance, just a breath."

EMDR Intensive Programs

Heal deeper. Heal faster.

EMDR Intensive Programs offer a focused, evidence-based approach to trauma recovery by condensing months of therapy into one or two immersive days. Designed for people wanting meaningful change in less time, each intensive combines EMDR with Breathwork Therapy and Somatic Movement Therapy to support trauma processing, nervous system regulation, and lasting integration.

Ideal for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief, phobias, and emotional overwhelm, each program is tailored to your unique needs and includes a comprehensive assessment, intensive therapy, body-based practices, and a guided workbook.

Available in person and online, with payment plans available. Book a free 30-minute consultation to explore whether an EMDR Intensive is right for you.

ADHD & Autism Assessments

Gain clarity through a comprehensive, neuroaffirming assessment for Autism and ADHD in adults (18+). Because these conditions commonly co-occur, both are assessed as standard practice at no additional cost.

Your assessment includes a detailed diagnostic interview, standardised questionnaires, a comprehensive written report, and a feedback session with personalised recommendations. Reports can support workplace or university accommodations and be shared with your GP or psychiatrist.

Investment: $2,490, with flexible staged payments available. A pre-assessment consultation is also available if you're unsure whether a full assessment is the right next step.
